Vendor Application Information
  • The number of vendor spaces is limited.
  • While our focus is on produce & food items, we welcome applications from local artisans, and community organizations looking to spread awareness of a wellness, charitable or socially engaging cause.
  • All vendors, and their products, are evaluated by the Cohasset Farmers Market Board of Directors for appropriateness and acceptability.
  • Table space and location will be designated by the Market Manager.
  • While every effort will be made to accommodate the vendor’s preferred location, patience with the weekly changes is kindly required.
  • Vendor Spots are available on Full Season, Occasional or Single Day basis.
  • Rates
  • $175 Full Season Non food truck vendor
  • $225 Full Season Food truck vendor
  • $125 Occasional Vendor (up to 9 markets)
  • $25 One day table
  • $50 Full Season Youth vendor
  • Applications must be received by April 30. 
  • Once the Board notifies you that your application has been approved, an invoice will be issued. Payment may be made by check or credit card and must be received by May 15th to secure your spot. No refunds will be issued.
  • It is the sole responsibility of each food vendor to file all required forms with the Cohasset Board of Health. For questions please contact them at 781.383.4100 or visit their website.
